Rules

CLEANLINESS OF THE PARK IS IMPORTANT TO US.

  1. Quiet times are from 10:00 p.m. until 8:00 a.m.
    Night time noise to a minimum

  2. We do not accept all pets. No exotic animals allowed. Pitbulls & Rottweilers are not allowed. No more than two dogs allowed.

  3. Pets must not be allowed to roam around park unattended. Clean up after your pet or pets and if pet or pets are unruly or excessive barking the owner will be asked to leave park.

  4. NO open fires

  5. NO clotheslines permitted.

  6. There is a $50.00 late fee added to the account on the 5th day after payment is due unless prior arrangements are made with owners.

  7. Guest will be required to pay damages they or their visitors may cause to property – i.e., damage to faucets, water pipes, or picnic tables.

  8. Common courtesy shall prevail between all persons within the park. Obnoxious, profane, abusive or threatening language, behavior and/or actions directed at the park’s owners or guests, or that could adversely affect the enjoyment of other parties utilizing our property is prohibited; anyone engaging in such activity will be required to leave the park.

  9. Respect your neighbor’s rights and be courteous to others by not walking through their site.

  10. Excessive noise/nuisances/loud stereos of park guests or their visitors will not be tolerated.

  11. Drunkenness and disorderly conduct will not be tolerated and will be cause for immediate eviction.

  12. RV’s and other vehicles must be parked head in/or head out only. NO sideways parking.

  13. NO parking on streets, lawns, landscaped areas or in empty spaces. Park only in your designated area –i.e., in front of your RV or in back making sure of not blocking access for Emergency Vehicles.

  14. NO heavy repairs on any vehicle may be done in the park. Do not allow any fluids from vehicle on the ground.

  15. NO vehicles allowed that are not in good operating condition and appearance.

  16. All garbage is to be placed inside dumpsters provided and lids closed. Large items need to be taken to the city dump. Owners may help with that task if asked.

  17. During winter months, FULL TIMER guests are responsible for wrapping their water lines with heat tape and insulation.

  18. FULL TIMERS are responsible for lawn maintenance - i.e., watering and mowing, during summer months. (You may borrow our lawn mower and weed eater) We have provided each space with a soaker hose that needs to be left when you leave the park.

  19. FULL TIMERS are also required to keep your area and RV cleaned and maintained.

The owners of Snake River RV Park are not responsible for damage, injury, or loss to either person or property.

The owners of Snake River RV Park absolve themselves from all liability and responsibility pertaining to loss by fire, theft, weather, acts of God, property damage, accident or any other cause whatsoever, and guests agree to save, protect and hold harmless Snake River RV Park LLC from all such liability.

 Note: Snake River RV Park is private property and we reserve the right to ask anyone to leave the premises for noncompliance. By reading this document you hereby agree to accept Snake River RV Park rules stated above. Thank you for choosing Snake River RV Park in Huntington, OR.
